TOP Soccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a national soccer program created to train young people with disabilities in a caring coaching environment. The program is generally carried out by volunteers at the local level, with financial support from US Youth Soccer and other sponsors.
 
Players registering for div 5 (TOPS) are not eligible for online or mail in registration.  Due to the strict medical issues involved, you must register in person, however you may print your forms if you wish.
